Wilchester Bootcamp was started in the summer of 2005 by Rhonda Wilson, an NASM certified trainer. Rhonda
is married to Craig and is the mother of Joey, Cullen, Katie and John. She enjoys long-distance running and yoga, and is the Co-Director of Women@Tallowood at Tallowood Baptist Church. Rhonda is also a freelance writer and speaker who enjoys speaking/writing on the topics of health and wellness, and spiritual growth.
As a mother of four young children, Rhonda realized that she shared a common dilemma with many other women: squeezing in time for a decent workout. Once she became a certified fitness trainer in 2005, she began Wilchester Bootcamp for the women in her neighborhood. The ladies began to meet regularly and have since discovered the secret to maintaining fitness in a busy life: early morning exercise!
Through Wilchester Bootcamp, walkers have become runners, self affirmed "couch potatoes" have become vibrant, healthy, active women; and women who walked into Wilchester Bootcamp not knowing a single person have made lifelong friends as together they make the journey towards their personal best.
